Glad you enjoyed the story. I haven’t had the pleasure of playing any of the Fallout games, though I hear that they are worth the time. In this little niche genre, we’re bound to trip over familiar characters and storylines. As they say, there are no new ideas. That said, I hoped only to make “Big Dave” into a memorable guy who did his best in a time of crisis. No infringement upon anyone’s Intellectual Property was intended.
