Again, another fine story about US, not about Zombies.

Extreme times call for extreme measures. There are people who would sacrifice the innocent. Let’s just hope that they are the first ones to get eaten when the day comes!

WOW! that’s kinda a shit deal for the people of that town. Until I read further I figured they were just rounding up women and maybe smaller children to repopulate somewhere else with just the soldiers but it was so much worse.

I enjoyed this tale. As soon as I read about the guy in shades I though of Wesker from Resident evil. Would like to know if the general gets his way or becomes zombie chow himself. And to the previous comments I would say it could just be a covert army unit tasked by the government to find a cure and not neccessarily the actual millitary.

Sorry, it just doesn’t work for me. The writing is okay and the atmosphere is good. I’ve liked your other work, particularly Transmissions (Tres’ creepy!) But the believability factor kicks in after that. I was in the Green Machine for ten years and i knew too many men and officers to believe that anything like this would fly. Feeding convicts or mental patients or even wandering scavengers to them, maybe, as a last resort. Finding a stable, peaceful community and taking it apart for zombie guinea pigs? I can’t accept that. Not by the army and this story makes it pretty clear that these guys are not a rogue unit. i also had trouble accepting that an alerted, fortified community could be taken down so easily.

I like how who you thought was the main character died, which normally doesn’t happen, it was a nice twist to the story.

A great read overall.

Interesting story. Overall it was a good read, the pace was just right, and I liked the transitions from the past to the present.

I wonder what kind of virus they’re working on.. obviously something that would infect the Z’s, but something tells me it’s not meant to kill them….

Can’t wait to read more!
